Salesworxs welcomes Performance Coach Jim Hetherton to the team

Jim has led a successful 30-year career in learning and development. Jim’s influential behaviours have improved the performance of over 45,000 people through public seminars, custom workshops and one to one coaching.

Jim is proud to say he has a passion for helping people to become a better version of themselves. He enjoys supporting people to change their mind-sets, beliefs and providing the tools and tips which lead to greater productivity, efficiency and a stronger work life balance.

Jim has worked with leading global brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays, IBM, GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberley Clark, Sodexo, Marks and Spencer and Hewlett Packard. He is qualified as Facilitator on SDI training for conflict management, Facilitator in Behaviour Analysis BA Diploma level, CMI management diploma level 1 to 4 and Facilitator for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

He can design and facilitate a wide portfolio of solutions, which include; Personal Productivity, Leadership and Management Skills, Executive Coaching, Change Management and Stakeholder Management.
