I have a well-rounded set of skills ranging from a technical understanding of digital projects to overarching brand strategy. I love to get involved at the start of a project and really understand you, your company, your personality and your goals and then help you achieve them.
I have many years’ experience of leading technical projects such as the production of apps, e-commerce websites and intranet systems or any website where we’re bringing a business process online. Additionally, I work very closely with our internal digital marketing team and have a detailed understanding of how best to use digital marketing to achieve the most cost-effective results.
Most of my work falls into one of two categories: internal management or external project strategy. Internally, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of Ultimate, Salesworxs sister company. This covers areas such as HR, Finance, IT, Business Development and implementing on-going business strategy. My topmost priority as Managing Director is ensuring that the team are happy, engaged and they have everything they need, to perform to the best of their abilities.
My other great passion is for all things Digital; I genuinely get excited about our more technical projects. I love working with clients to bring their ideas to life! I love to break these projects into its individual components, and then plan out how we can deliver it. This is not to say, however, that I deal only with numbers and spreadsheets. In fact, I prefer to visually map out my ideas and present them with a well thought out explanation of how we can achieve your projects goals.
