Working with some of the major international consultancies to develop people and, crucially, their business results.
He has a passion for helping people to change mind-sets and beliefs, which accelerates personal growth and development for themselves and the people around them.
He has worked with business leaders to design and deliver development solutions that achieve the desired business priorities, within a wide range of organisations, including GE, Jaguar Cars, Barclays Bank, IBM, GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberley Clark, Sodexo, Marks and Spencer, BP, Hewlett Packard, Royal Bank of Scotland, Vodafone Merck and other FTSE 100 companies.

He is qualified as Facilitator on SDI training for conflict management, Facilitator in Behaviour Analysis BA Diploma level, CMI management diploma level 1 to 4 and Facilitator for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He is qualified in use of a number of Psychometric tools including DISC, Empathy Profiles, Motivational Mapping, Personal Management Coaching PMC.
