Having worked in the recruitment sector for over 20 years, my focus has always been on “How can I
differentiate my offering from the 100’s of other recruitment companies”. It’s a simple analogy but it
can be really challenging to find the answer to this simple question. Whether you work in B2B, or
B2C having your own unique value proposition is key to the long-term success of your business.
From a clients perspective
I am delighted to be now working with Richard Newman, CEO of Salesworxs. I’ve known Richard for
over 15 years, I was a customer for over 10 years. Richard and his team have produced a range of
bespoke sales communications and value propositions that have helped me and the organisations I’ve
worked for, significantly improve our ability to differentiate, communicate effectively, and
ultimately sell more.
I have had the honour of working with some great organisations over the last 20 years from SME’s
to Multi-Nationals in various Senior Management and Director roles. Within these organisations I have predominantly been responsible for business development and managing sales teams. I have strived to adopt a strategic approach to sales in a highly competitive recruitment market, combined with a hands-on approach to support my colleagues.
Over the last five years, I have concentrated on workforce solutions covering both Managed Service Program (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sectors.
